Please note that these digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been purchased or downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods. Outside Purchases

This section is for the policies if bought outside the site.
 

1. Refund Policy

If you buy our assets outside Duckman Studio. The Refund is only eligible till the 14th day of purchase. If delayed we will be providing the refund after the deduction of the tax paid by the company on the purchase.​

2. Delayed Refund system(if 14 days delayed request).

​

  • Once the refund request is issued we will do the following checks

    • We will check all the parties our assets are involved in has deleted the assets permanently.​

    • All the computers we you have stored the assets have deleted our product permanently

    • We might be contacting personally to the parties involved to check if the assets are deleted or not.

    • We will create a full audit of all the places our asset is used.

  • Once all the process is done and if verified we will issue the refund in 7-14 business days. After 18% GST Deduction on the total amount paid by the client.
